You will get the standardized and update template for you. You can customize it by making a duplicate copy to match the end need like hospital or school building. However, this checklists are universal and would not need much of modification. Reach out to your implementation coach to find the relevant checklist for you.
Yes, you are getting the complete support for 1 year with your kit during which you can ask our team to develop any template for your. Later on we will provide an option to extend the support part beyond 1 year

Second, The price of printing the complete set of documents using deskjet printer is higher than price of kit. Third, If you buy a laserjet printer still the price of kit is lesser.
